Are you one of those cyclists who love to travel the main mountains of the famous cycling races?
So, here you have the spectacular climb to the port of 1st cyclist category of Vallter, that has been the end of the stage in several editions of La Volta a Catalunya and La Vuelta a España.
The road is particularly signposted throughout its route (12 km) that starts in the town of Setcases at 1260 meters above sea level, and culminating in the upper parking of the Ski and Mountain Station of Vallter, at 2155m, with a total ascent slope of 895m.
It is a great ascent, worthy of the best cycling rides with vertical signage along the entire climb in which the cyclist, once up, can enjoy the spectacular views of the Circ of Morens and can also recover strength in the restaurant or foodtrack (in opening period).
This challenge is active all summer, until September 30. It's a totally free activity!
