The manager of Vallter and the commercial manager of Espot and Port Ainé attend the conference, which seeks to promote female leadership and promote equality in the sports sector

Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya, the Real Federación Española Deportes de Invierno and the Federació Catalana d’Esports d’Hivern are promoting a training day with the aim of improving active and passive safety on training slopes. This plan will consist of three distinct phases, which will include a face-to-face day in Barcelona, an online training day and, to conclude, a technical practice on snow at one of FGC's ski and mountain resorts.

Serra, who has been manager of the Ripoll resort for 18 years, is fully integrated into the Business and Strategy department of FGC Turisme to promote the transversal work of this department across all Ferrocarrils tourist operations. Torres, who has been linked to Vallter for more than 15 years, will be the first woman to manage a ski resort in the Spanish Pyrenees.

The emblematic skyrunning event, organized by the MadTeam Hiking Club, features four renovated circuits for all categories, with departure and arrival at the Ripolla mountain station, managed by Ferrocarrils. This benchmark race in the Pyrenees offers a high mountain challenge without asphalt, with unevenness and height, culminating at the summit of Bastiments and promising strong emotions.

From June to October, cycling, trail running and other disciplines fill the summer calendar with national and international events. La Molina will host the Catalan, Spanish and European Downhill Championships, Vall de Núria will be home to the classic Olla de Núria and Vallter will be the stage for the traditional Marrana Skyrace.

This 2025 summer season arrives loaded with proposals for all people.

FGC's tourist facilities will offer nearly 100 km of hiking and trail running routes, 56 sports and nature activities, 13 downhill circuits, 23 children's activities, 12 catering points and rides on 7 ski lifts. The proposal is designed for all audiences and with a diversified offer to offer an active and accessible destination 365 days a year.

The mountain resorts managed by FGC TURISME welcome the 2025 summer season with progressive openings and a wide variety of activities to enjoy nature and adventure.

Thanks to this installation, people with support needs in the bathroom will be able to enjoy the high mountains in better hygiene and health conditions.

Vallter was this morning the main port of the Gran Fondo Pirineus cycling tour, starting and ending in Camprodon and coinciding with the start of the mountain resort's summer season.
