Welcome to the Ter & Freser Headwaters Natural Park
It extends in the high valleys of Ter and Freser, around the enclaves of Núria and Ulldeter, bordering the Regional Natural Park of the Catalan Pyrenees.
It occupies 14,750 hectares, distributed among the municipalities of Planoles, Queralbs, Ribes de Freser, Pardines, Vilallonga de Ter, Setcases i Molló, all in Ripollés region.
We propose a tour of its fantastic corners, full of the nature that characterizes the high mountain, discovering the flora and fauna that coexist in the surroundings.
How to get there:
By the GIV-5264 to Setcases and following the road of 11 km to Vallter.
New Interpretative Itinerary at Circ d'Ulldeter
Itinerary that leads us to the source of the Ter river and to what was the remains of the pioneer refuge of the Iberian Peninsula. Black pine pine forests, subalpine thickets, pasture meadows, mountain ash and scree are the different habitats of the route, always under the watchful eye of the Gra de Fajol and the great peak of the Bastiments.
