The refund policy will apply to ski passes with a valid date on a day of forced closure of the station due to bad weather.
Holders of a day or two-day ski pass at Vallter resort will be able to request a refund of the daily amount paid on the purchase of their ski pass when the resort has closed due to bad weather conditions. This condition, however, will only be valid if the ski passes have not been used. In the case of a two-day ski pass, the amount will not be refunded if it was used on the first day.
The refund will be made automatically in the days following the day affected by the closure of the resort.
