The Ski The East Awards honor the best ski resorts in Spain, Andorra and the French Pyrenees according to visitor ratings during the previous winter season, in this case 2021-2022. In total the Ski The East Awards evaluate up to 17 categories. Some of them are: the ski resort with the best access, the resort with the best accommodation offer, the resort that works its slopes best or the ski resort with the best lifts.

Vallter has reached the first position as the most family-friendly resort, with a score of 9.40 points out of 10. The tranquility offered by the resort and the wide range of activities for the rascal are some of the aspects which are positively valued by visitors to the station.

In addition, it has also won first prize as the ski resort with the best season pass among all the resorts in Spain, Andorra and the French Pyrenees. During the 2021-2022 season, this pass had a price of €257 (promotional price) and also allowed skiing at the Vall de Núria station, as well as access to the rack train and the Coma del Clot cable car.

On the other hand, Vallter has obtained the second position as a ski resort with the best prices and a third place as a ski resort with the best restaurant offer.
